At my private midwife, we recognise that mothers crave having some lovely relaxation time, but in the business of work , family and household chores, its hard to really unwind.
Last year I decided to begin offering pregnancy massage to clients, deciding that massage was also a lovely time to demonstrate how the breathing techniques I teach during hypno-birthing would benefit mothers during their massage .
